John Romero, the id Software co-founder behind Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein 3D, headlines the business conference at gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 this October in Bangkok. His keynote, titled "Why We Still Make Games," reflects on more than three decades in the industry. The show also marks its biggest expansion yet, growing to four halls after drawing more than 206,000 attendees in its 2025 debut.
