Blizzard Entertainment, one of the leading game developers and publishers, has announced the official Early Access and Open Beta Weekend dates for Diablo IV. After teasing fans with a June 6 launch date last December, Blizzard has finally revealed that players will get the chance to experience the much-anticipated game on Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 during two Beta weekends in March.
For those who pre-ordered Diablo IV, the Early Access to the Beta will be from March 17 to March 19, while the Open Beta will be available to everyone from March 24 to March 26. This is a significant moment for fans of the Diablo franchise, who have been eagerly awaiting the release of the fourth game in the series.
Blizzard’s previous tests focused on all aspects of Diablo IV’s endgame. Still, the Open Beta weekends will provide players with a deeper look into the early game, including the Prologue and the entirety of Act 1, with a level cap of 25. This gives players a chance to explore the world of Diablo IV, test out new features, and get a taste of what’s to come when the game officially launches later this year.
In the coming weeks, Blizzard will release more information about the specifics of the Open Beta, including details on new features, gameplay mechanics, and more. This is an exciting time for Diablo fans, and Blizzard’s announcement has certainly generated a lot of buzz and anticipation for the upcoming Beta weekends.
