The ASUS flagship phone that launched in the Philippines last 2018, the Zenfone 5Z(which is technically a Zenfone 5 on steroids with more RAM, a better processor and camera), finally receives the Android 10 update.
Though honestly, we are not sure when will the Zenfone 5Z will stop receiving Android updates, but this 2018 flagship still has a lot of life that makes it a viable option as a daily driver as it packs a Snapdragon 845 SoC and 6GB of memory.
With the Android 10 update, one of the first changes we saw was a much sleeker Android UI, the added functionality of a screen recorder, and the disappearance of some ASUS apps like Zenimoji, Selfie Master, and AI Charging.
We have listed the release notes that was posted from the Zentalk forums discussing more of the changes with the Android 10 updates.
